Who is Develop Health?

What does it cost my practice?
Nothing. No fee, no contract, no license. Pharmacies cover it for the prescriptions they fill, and your practice never gets a bill.
Is patient data safe?
Yes. Develop Health is HIPAA-compliant and holds current SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST certifications. Each PA has its own passkey, so only your office can open it, and AI models never train on your patients’ data.
How is AI answering the questions?
AI finds the right information in your chart notes to fill in each answer and shows you exactly where it came from. If it can’t find the information, it won’t answer; that question comes to you instead.
Can you connect to my EHR?
For certain EHRs, yes: we connect directly and pull the chart notes ourselves. Talk to our team to see what’s possible for yours.
What if the PA is denied?
You’ll see the determination in the portal, and we notify you by fax too. If it’s denied, we analyze the denial and give you the option to submit an appeal.
