Fulfillment Policy

Our software services are provided under negotiated Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), which govern all commercial, delivery, and usage terms. The policies below outline our general approach to fulfillment for transparency.

Service Delivery

Access to our platform is provisioned digitally in accordance with the timelines defined in your SOW. Once onboarding is complete, services are available through a secure online portal, and usage is tracked automatically.

Billing & Usage

We offer usage-based pricing. Billing terms, rates, and invoicing frequency are defined in your MSA and SOW. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are issued monthly in arrears based on actual usage.

Refunds

Refunds are not typically offered for usage-based services. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please notify us at payments@develophealth.ai within 5 days of the invoice date. We will investigate and, if necessary, adjust or credit your account.

Cancellations & Termination

Cancellation and termination terms are governed by your MSA. Clients may terminate services per the notice periods and terms outlined in their agreements. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and final usage fees will be invoiced per the contract terms.

Returns

As a provider of digital software services, we do not accept returns.
